For my family, as well as for our loyal customers, I recommend applying a teaspoon sized amount (about the size of a large marble) on bottom of the feet and legs, on abdomen or directly on an area if it is bothering them. Apply at night or as desired. Do not apply to open skin or mucous membranes. We do not wash it off, but it may be washed off in 20-30 minutes if desired.
